I'm the "tweedy" sort; even my red sweater ( now residing at the cleaners ) has a bunch of other colors in it. *sigh*

The ONLY solid jackets I own are a black velvet, evening one and a dark navy linen summer weight one; the latter of which I would FREEZE in.
