Think that through carefully. She's a penny pincher. She knows how much of a lead Trump really has. She also knows how much she can cheat. And... She doesn't want to pay for fireworks she won't use.

She can't make it work. So she's thrown a temper tantrum, and cancelled the fireworks.

Clinton has a lot of motivation to cheat. The person doing the cheating might have second thoughts, do I want to risk this for a candidate I’m just not that excited about. My guess is she’s not going to get as much fraud as she paid for.
