This should be challenged in court!

IIRC this was challenged in court. He couldn't mass pardon them all. He had to pardon them one by one ... and he did.

Please forgive me if I misremembered this.

I remember hearing of individual restorations issued to a goodly sized subset of them, but not literally all.

Clinton’s Bag Man tried to blanket amnesty 200,000 felons and the court overturned it. He then issued individual orders for those who had registered in the interim, 13,000. Looks like he went beyond that and wrote 60,000 orders.
I am skeptical that many of those actually registered.
Registration ended mid October.
(I know of three that are voting Trump)
