What we face is worse than colonial oppression, worse than fascist or communist aggression. The enemy is within, and they must be defeated at the ballot box.
I just sent $100 in reply to a Trump campaign email I received. Hopefully it helps blitz swing states with their awesome two minute commercial they have been running.
Just gotta keep doing what we do.
And 2 - 3 years from now, when the wall hasn’t gotten past a senate filibuster or if by some miracle it is ever funded, gets an injunction slapped on it before the first brick is laid, what mystical ballot box are you going to give homage to then?
This system doesn’t belong to us anymore. And the folks that own the system chuckle and shake their heads at each other whenever we make believe that a vote actually matters.
