That childish nonsense was suggested out in 2000, too. Childish nonsense. Perhaps it was said, but there's a big difference here/now than there was then:
- The elites, both Democrat and Republican, are being exposed.
- Trump is decidedly not one of these insiders; he's a nationalist.
- In retrospect Bush was revealed to be a globalist, a statist, and laid much of the groundwork for Obama's administration.
- The elite are scared; Trump scares them, Bush did not.
From the elite's perspective Trump is a big risk to their power/system — this in a way that Bush never was. (Why else was the Republican party stacking the deck against him so much? Even to the point of pushing the obviously ineligible Ted Cruz?)
