Well if it’s a swamp you’d have to drain it first, before you can bulldoze it.
When you're up to your ass in alligators* it's hard to remember that your job is to drain the swamp.
* alligators.....politicians, bureaucrats, media etc.....all of whom, R & D, will be attacking Trump at every turn.
