I believe today is the so-called "Souls to the Polls" day for the Dems. I have no idea how Trump's minority outreach is working. I wish he campaigned more often in black neighborhoods and appeared on black radio. Merely mentioning them at his rallies is not enough.
Given BLM et al, I would imagine that he's been advised against by the SS and his private detail over security concerns.

When 20-30 black preachers and radio personalities were to meet Trump at Trump Tower 105 showed up (August 2015) . Same thing happened in Georgia a month later. And so it has continued
Even the Black Muslim community under the direction of Louis Ferretkahn are supporting Trump anti ILLary

I wish he had campaigned more in black neighborhoods, too. That said, I think there are a lot of people out there that are reaching out to them, such as D&S (they mentioned recently that they were speaking with and meeting blacks in Philly), Pastor Darrell Scott, Pastor Mark Burns, Sheriff Clarke, Larry Elder, Dr. Carson, and the Pastor and his lovely wife in Detroit (I feel badly that I don’t recall their names, as they were great) that run the church that Trump spoke at and received the prayer shawl from Israel.
I think (hope) that there is a lot going on at the ground level that is not widely known/publicized. Gov Huckabee has been a good surrogate/speaker for Trump - primarily hear him on FNC or FBN - he was on the a.m. and mentioned he was in FL yesterday.
