You don’t know how “Conservatives” have gone nuts this cycle. A few weeks ago I spoke with a confirmed former Cruzer on a facebook group. This sissy was pushing the Southern Baptist’s Russel Moore, who is literally on the payroll of George Soros and has claimed Jesus Christ was an “illegal alien.” Same crap: racism, “hate,” “divisiveness.” Except I don’t know who that dickhead planned on voting for, but with rhetoric like that, it might as well be Clinton.
McMuffin himself is ranting all day long on his twitter about “racism”, “sexism,” rape culture, blah blah blah. Stuff you’d never imagine a conservative to ever spend any time on considering how they’ve been used—falsely—by the Dems for decades.
So, do I buy this guy is a Republican, even a former “conservative”? Yeah. These freaks of nature exist. They were among us. They just left after Trump came.

Not sure if this guy is really a former repub.. but I do agree with you on the cruzbots, they’re alive and disturbed, particularly on social media. i hold Ted responsible for that... he threw his oratory missive after the convention, and has done little to speak directly to his supporters. I know he’s out campaigning for Trump... but its all very plastic.
I know that there are many so-called conservatives whose careers I will never support in any way again: Jonah Goldberg, Kevin Williamson, David French, Bill Kristol, John Podhoretz, Erick Erickson, et al.
