Owen makes a plausible observation about the other plant that yelled “Gun!” which caused Trump supporters to tackle Crites. The person yelling Gun! has disappeared.

One would think that such a person would have stuck around to give witness, whether or not Crites was found with a weapon OR one of the Trump supporters or the many police would have held him for questioning. But he disappeared which indicates he was part of the setup.
