Certainly correct. You know, I was talking to some guys at work today and give 18 US Code 2071:

She is "Disqualified from holding any office under the United States."

We came up with the idea that given that the DNC fraudulently nominated her, can we file suit to 'denominate' her - or some such, before Tuesday? With all these potential charges that they've been looking at for at least a year, how did she even get nominated?

I guess we're the Jury and we give our Verdict on Tuesday.

Any Federal employee involved in the investigation of this activity who has not blow the whistle on what has occurred, who, as a result of the investigation knows the details, should be investigated for obstruction.

There must be many - from IT / Cyber people to LEOs to agency directors. It's disgusting.

I have to take a similar training annually, and I don’t even work for the gov’t. I work for a gov’t contractor and have access to a gov’t information system.

Seems like the Secretary of State should have to take it, too.

Thank you for all your posts over the years here on FR. I've always found them informative and well written. I've been so grateful for your posts and occasional exchange between us two. I'll never forget Klamath Falls and the battle there against the federal behemoth.
