Concur. If Wisconsin is a no-go, it makes no sense to go to Minnesota, which hasn’t gone red in a presidential election in a generation. Michigan would (seemingly) be a much better investment of time and resources.
So if he's going to MN, then it makes sense that WI might NOT be a "no-go".
