In Philly, the don’t have to show up to vote. The poll workers vote for people who do not show up. That is the only explanation for their turn out numbers.
I can roll to my voting place. Democrats would exhibit dependent behavior under any circumstances. I've expressed Solidarity with our TWU brothers who are unwittingly striking to make America Great Again. Down with the bosses. The People united will never be defeated. Etcetera.

Union leader in the Philly transit strike was on TV tonight saying they were in no hurry to settle and he didn’t think the strike would affect voting because “those who are going to vote are going to vote anyway” - hope such stupidity continues until Tuesday night.......
