To: Freedom of Speech Wins

There’s still a dogged meme floating around that the Clinton foundation operates at rates that approach the Salvation Army! Where did trash assertions like that come from? One isolated case? I’d like to know.

In the debate, Hillary stated that The Clinton Foundation spent 90% of it’s funds for helping the poor. I’ve not heard anyone refute this except the guy who wrote Clinton Cash, who said it was closer to 6%. I also note that the websites that rate charities don’t even try to rate TCF because they are just too far from a true charity. IT’S A TAX DODGE people!
