Because of the lack of specifics, this could be a plant by the Dems to fulfill Obama’s claim about all kinds of wild accusations being out there about Hillary.

Concentrate on the emails being spread and access by foreign governments. Concentrate on the Clinton Foundations criminality. This can be proved.

I think this is trying to bait people to start promoting this exactly like you said to distract and make opponents seem deranged. If it’s true the FBI can handle things. If not it gives cover to the real stink existing even without this.
