Its actually a scary prospect.

Political ideology aside, she is one rotten apple, to put it mildly.

I hate to make comparisons between the UK and US, in fact, I think you haven’t in general fallen as low as we have.

However, our press, while liberal for the most part, still has a fair amount of honor, and would have chewed up and spat out the Clintons long long ago. It would have been a feeding frenzy, they would have relished it.

There isn’t an iota of a chance, that she would be ever be elected to anything here.

The reason it seems to happen in America is a combination of a deeply corrupted narrative dominating media cabal, and a lazy ill informed public, divided purposefully by politicians of both parties, though more extremely by the Democrats, their surrogates, and money men such as Soros.

If Trump doesn’t win (I think he will), and even if he does - I think the best chance conservatives have, is to hope likeminded people with money, start investing heavily in media operations, upstarts, alternative media, and purchases of existing organizations, to adjust the balance.

It is too much a challenge for one man. One man is not enough however great that man may be.

That is absolutely "on the money".

Trump is doing well on alternative media. When he does a speech, the comments run strongly in his favor. But, why are we so dependent on YouTube to view those? Wednesday, the most popular broadcaster of Trump speeches on YouTube got shut down.

Why are we dependent on UK media to get the details of so many US stories?

I'll give a non-political example: Olympic runner Tyson Gay's daughter was recently killed in a "crossfire" (between thugs) incident in Lexington, KY. So far as I could find, only UK media ran detailed stories of what happened that tragic night. It should be required reading for every teenager, but it's not even posted here...

I wanted to also add that while some of the US public IS “lazy”, when it comes to being politically informed, most people I know just simply do not have the time to devote to following politics closely, especially given that they have to “dig” for the information. Even local media in conservative areas is most often “awful”: Heavily lib biased, and short on solid content, in most stories. A few news shows like “60 Minutes” go after a little more content, but are so biased as to usually be hopeless.

One can only hope that a major network like CBS will be failing and purchased by some entity determined to restoring balance, or that a chunk of the current trend of “broadcasting” via Internet can grow into a real news organization with the resources of, say, a NBC or Fox or ABC.

Maybe the Trump kids can continue to succeed, and eventually do it?

In the late 60’s the Media is the message was a saying of the Left.

They now control it.

That needs to be changed.
