If Killery deems certain firearms illegal (Probably because they go, "bang"), she can direct the department of education to cross-reference names and addresses with banking records for shooting range memberships.
In states with firearm registration (California, New York, Connecticut, etc.), the targeting of gun owners becomes MUCH easier.
Then, she can direct that those children should be taken from their schools and held for safety purposes because their place of residence hasn't yet turned in their contraband firearms.

People like money but touch their offspring and they go nuts.
That would start a civil war. And it would be a very short one.

My local gun store told me that the CHP Academy graduates are being farmed out to the ATT. Generals Office in preparation for gun confiscation. Initially they are targeting felons with guns....later they are moving on to those owning those owing “evil black rifles.” which they essentially outlawed this past summer.

I think California is asking for trouble. Time will tell what is what. Local Sheriffs are supporting the 2nd Amendment.
