In some States of which Florida is one, yes it is. And there are people in prison today for doing that.

I'm sure he wasn't booby trapping, just using the boards to hold the signs steady somewhere he knew no responsible person would ever walk/drive. He was shocked, shocked I say, when someone drove over them, flipping the boards so the nails pointed up into the predatory Social Justice Warrior's tires.

If somebody gets hurt or killed, yes.

But the law does not extend to car tires, the jerkoff should not be driving through someone’s front yard
