I expect RSBN to cover Melania's speech, but they may have equipment and cameraman constraints that keep them from doing so. I bet it will be covered by the usual cable networks.

C-SPAN is covering Trump's Orlando event today, coverage "starting" at 4 pm. C-SPAN's Thursday schedule is sparse right now, they might broadcast it too. I haven't seen a scheduled time yet, or any more specific venue than "suburban Philadelphia."
