Federal crimes, no? RICO state crimes — does a presedential pardon cover that?

It is my understanding that presidential pardons can be applied to any crimes. Federal, state and local.
Ford’s pardon of Nixon certainly covered that, as it stated, “any and all crimes that president Nixon may have committed”
I’m not concerned too much about that because the three Clintons are all life time criminals and will continue to commit new crimes even after a full pardon for the old ones.

I want all the money confiscated and Hillary living in a borrowed trailer and getting medical treatment at the county health department.
