We’re talking about proving intent.

You cannot separate the other indications of intent: lies, server, deleted emails, etc.

And NOW there is proof HER office had discussed getting rid of the emails when their existence becomes public.

Nor can we avoid remembering that those emails belong to the nation, and that destruction of the public record is ALREADY a criminal act.
