My ancestors didn’t arrive in this country till the 1800.
All came for a better life for various reasons.
The story is they stole two horses the white one and another. (Supposidly for stew). Two of my favorite possessions is that picture with grandma Kassiah Mathias (was suppose to be named after her but dad had other ideas ) I also have a rolling pin that Louis Mathias, their father made for my grandmothers tenth birthday. I feel very close to these ancestors
