The DOJ doesn’t “issue” search warrants, they are approved by a judge upon submission by a law enforcement officer. It may be the DOJ asked the FBI not to request a warrant, but I would think it unlikely they could actually stop a request made to a judge.

I have seen this now, several times, but never with a reliable source. I'm not believing this until I get some reliable corraboration.
You couldn't get that particular .pst file into a folder named insurance unless you knew exactly what you were doing and didn't have the level of computer ignorance these people have been showing.
