Not sure what you mean, but it would be the final dagger in Hillary’s heart if it did happen. Judging by what they did during Bill’s impeachment trial, she won’t be able to keep herself from trying something serious. She may not have cruise missiles this time, but I bet she has some terrorist buddies.
