Pat Caddell seems to have a good take on most everything political. He won me over when he said Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign was the worst campaign he had ever seen.

Was it tone of voice, or facial expressions, that showed that Pat Caddell thought it was over for illary?

I’m hearing impaired, and can read faces but not the tone of voice (but don’t get cable, so can’t watch it)
