The FBI obtained a warrant to search emails related to the Hillary Clinton private server probe that were discovered on ex-congressman Anthony Weiner's laptop, law enforcement officials confirmed Sunday.
The warrant came two days after FBI director James Comey revealed the existence of the emails, which law-enforcement sources said were linked to Weiner's estranged wife, top Clinton aide Huma Abedin.
The FBI already had a warrant to search Weiner's laptop, but that only applied to evidence of his allegedly illicit communications with an underage girl.

Look for Judge Roberts to issue an emergency ruling that ALL emails are private and anyone posting them will be arrested.
I’m not sure there’s enough ammo to take out everyone that would need to be taken out. There is an ammo shortage, you know.
Seriously, there are way too many people who know way too much to get to them all.
This is a nuclear high profile case and involves a minor. No judge is going to slap Weiner on the wrist should he get convicted. He’s looking at years in Club Fed and being a sex offender for life.

No, it won't. They'll use search options to find what's pertinent. There are two main search criteria to start with. 1) anything to or from clintonemail.com 2) anything from state.gov.
And there was some corroboration.
Whatever is on there, has got to be damning to a large number of people.
Abedin should have NO state.gov emails on a private device. She signed a statement swearing that she left all documents, emails, etc. at State when she left.
I wish Comey would announce that he is considering honoring the democrats’ request and releasing to the publica ALL OF THE EMAILS they recently found. It would be hilarious watching the liberals backtrack.

Regardless of what the content of those emails are, she is in huge legal jeopardy by the mere fact that they are where they are.
She has violated a state department policy requiring out-going officials to turn over email records when they leave office. She also lied to the FBI when she swore to turn over all devices containing state department emails.
I expect her to be indicted. They don’t need to give her immunity. They can get information from her during a plea bargaining phase.
If they had everything on her, it wouldn’t happen in 9 days

Huma apparently committed perjury, not of the Martha Stewart or Scooter Libby variety, but conscious lies under oath with malice aforethought.
If her immunity deal is of the ordinary kind, it is now void. Unless Obama interferes publicly and without plausible deniability, she will be indicted and arrested within days.
She also (apparently) swore under oath that she had turned over all electronic devices to the FBI.
Huma has 21 years of bullshit on Hillary. She will sing.

They have them all - this is the server backup. HRC said her attorneys reviewed all the emails and deleted 33k of them that they deemed to not be related to her position. It is a safe bet that the FBI has those now and while she told us they were all about yoga and her daughter’s wedding she was wrong. I suspect that the ones that were not turned over were the most damaging.
Furthermore....... investigators in the pay to play cases were prevented from subpoenas and search warrants for emails from the Clinton foundation. If (we all know they are) there are communications indicating contact with donors followed by public rulings by state that favor those donors this is, as Rudy G likes to say, a RICO investigation. It would involve a who’s who of the political elite, corporate elite, and banking elite. It might even involve her own son in law whose hedge fund was relying on the inside scoop from Hillary through her state connections to make money (they ended up losing a bunch) in Greece. A country with her politics.
Everything this woman touches turns to poop. Everything. There is a lot of antacids being consumed tonight on K Street and Wall Street. You can bet on that. If she goes down for bribes the “donors” do also.
This may get far uglier than it is now because the media is focused on the security implications of the emails in light of the prior statements by Comey. 650k emails may be the whole enchilada for the foundation. Hell, they may even have the foreign bank account information.
She met with lawyers today and the lawyers proceeded to go to the FBI. Can they do anything for her? I’d think not.
