LaVoy Finnicum was many magnitudes less well known and less a public figure compared to Hillary. However, in this Shakesperean/ Felliniesque, Rube Goldberg kind of an election year, one can rule nothing out if it’s at all possible.

I can’t believe many agents resigned.

How about if he surrenders any dollar of his wealth that has the slightest hint of a Clinton fingerprint on it someplace. Then I’ll see him as starting to be credible on any of his decisions forthcoming.

Had you heard any news to that effect?

Maybe the resignation letters stated effective Nov. 9 or Dec. 31. Rest assured Comey’s meeting last Thursday with his senior management made it crystal clear to Comey the gravity of his decision back in July.

...said the source, a close friend who has known Comey for nearly two decades, shares family outings with him, and accompanies him to Catholic mass every week.

Way to protect a source, Ed!

I worked for the FBI for 32 years. It is very difficult to resign in mid-career. Almost no one does it. The pay, benefits, and perks are just too good to pass up.

The FBI and the Justice Dept serve at the will of the POTUS. If an appointee does not wish to carry out the will of the POTUS, he has the option of resigning. Comey has made a career of going along to get along with whomever is in office, right up to and through the email investigation. He was obviously told no indictment, give out immunity deals.

Comey did that. Knowing that there was a whole lot more to investigate. The FBI knew that Huma used a home email address to forward classified documents, but there was nothing that they could do, she had immunity. They knew that Huma Abedin printed out the documents at home. She told them so. There was nothing they could do.

The FBI asked her if there were other devices at home or other papers, she said no. They took her at her word, she had immunity. ...or did they?

My guess is that Comey laid a trap for Huma, hoping that something else would surface and nullify her immunity agreement. It did.

The FBI aren’t the ones who seized Weiner’s computers. The NY States Attorneys seized the, and took the information to Comey. New information had surfaced. Abedin lied and nullified her immunity agreement. There is proof.

Complete bullsht.

Nothing but damage control and preservation of power. A PR ploy. Even invoking the wife, awwww, how personal and touching.

Bullsht again.

That agency is dirty and corrupt THROUGHOUT.

The American people are finally getting a peek at what federal “law enforcement” look likes and that’s put “Justice” into emergency mode.

The FBI and USGOV know they’re sitting on the edge of a revolution. They’re scared shtless.

Big Jim’s brother, Peter Comey should also be investigated for conflict of interest, and several shady loans he received over the years. Peter is a big donor to the Clintons, something in and of itself not necessarily illegal.

Slap on the wrist? WHAT slap on the wrist?

I’ve known a few FBI agents in my time. Thorough going professionals. Of course they are ticked off.

Got wind of a mutiny (think a story was posted about that here). Basically, they said do you job Comey or we will for you!!

The FBI before-the-fact NDA.

Let’s call it what it is: Omerta.

For all we know, this could just be another friendly media drop.

The author of this article is Ed Klein.

He's no friend of the Clintons.

Come was paid off. This article attempts to humanize him and claim it was just poor judgement.

Every day I slam the FBI on Twitter... several times. Lots of other people do too. I hope this chorus of disrespect for the FBI is contributing to the agents’ pushing for corrective action.
