The news room hated Billy Jeff because he would carouse until the early early hours of the morning and they would have to stay up in the ready just in case something happened to the president. they were assigned to The Newsroom to remain in the ready until the president went to bed. I knew several people in contract with news organizations at the time as engineers who complain bitterly about it because they had no set hours they had to remain on watch. so this goes back many years and I’m sure Hillary probably kept similar hours but she wasn’t the president. And she probably wasn’t with the president during those long night galavanting around the various cities in our nation or even globally. I’m sure the Secret Service wasn’t too happy about it either.
