Comey's statement that Crooked handling of classified information is now an open question, is, at the end of it, BS. She's clear, in his book. The fact that somebody else got the e-mails is irrelevant. In his version of the law, she didn't intend any harm, and that closes the inquiry. Whether or not somebody else got them, by hacking or otherwise, is a separate question, but has no play is whether Crooked broke the handling of classified info law.
Another inconvenient but essential inquiry has been deliberately overlooked in all this - how did the classified stuff get to Hillary in the first place? Who sent it? There are ZERO wrongdoers? That's impossible. Somebody else mishandled the classified stuff to get it to Hillary's private server.

Agree completely. Just setting up a private server to conduct all State Department business is illegal. No one gave her permission to do it. Clearly, she did it to hide information.

Exactly. The State Department has two totally separate systems--one for classified and one for unclassified. There is no way for information to migrate from one system to another. Clearly, there was cutting and pasting to send classified information over the unclassified system and Hillary's server.
The fact that no one was prosecuted despite handing out immunity to five people demonstrates what a sham the investigation was. Comey is dirty. The only question is what he will do now. Will it be another whitewash? Will he try to play down reopening of the investigation as just a routine matter to tie up some loose ends before election day? Comey is clearly being pressured internally to do what he has done. I suspect that he was given an ultimatum by the FBI agents who are furious about the tarnishing of their reputations and the FBI, i.e., you either reopen the investigation now or we will go public with all of the dirty laundry.
