Theory A: Comey has made the transition from Bad Cop to Good Cop.

Theory B: No he hasn't.

I am not ready to buy into Theory A. But Theory B requires collusion with Hillary, Lynch and Obama. Plus a motive for releasing that letter now instead of 2 weeks from now and risking the loss of a Hillary Presidency.
