She can actually make herself appear to be the wronged party by feigning outrage, and spluttering about "getting answers."

Yesterday at her "press conference," she was spluttering on about how "we don't know the facts yet," as if she was discussing a jumbo jet crash that happened in the Seychelles, instead of events that happened right on her own computer and that of her closest staff member.

So Comey tells congress FBI has these emails. DOJ denies the warrant needed to look at the emails. So it goes to the dead letter pile to be forgotten. That’s what it sounds like to me.
