Weennie was arrested by the NYPD using their warrants. Confiscated devices are in the hands of NY investigators. The FBI maybe overseeing, helping, or otherwise involved, but do not need a warrant as the everything is already in LE hands.

It is this Freeper's opinion that suspected classified material was found by NYPD and Comey had no choice but to inform congress, it's the law!

However, buried in a New York Times article the following paragraph:
