I imagine there is also a “policy” somewhere about not pilfering divorce records that have been sealed by a court and releasing them to the public within 60 days of an election, and we all know how that was respected by Lynch’s boss.

Well hey, if the Secretary Of State can pick and choose which policies to follow, let us say setting up a home server and transmitting classified information over it to god knows who for god knows what, all bets are off.
