If Trump is the man we need him to be and powers through this election to win it then Obama’s probable pardons will be so much waste paper.
There is no pre-conviction pardon. The power is the power of Clemency. We will see obama move the day after the election — either way to grant her Clemency. I think that is his legal right. He will live with that legacy because he has no other legacy. His health care ( with not even 1 Republican vote and passed on Christmas even in flagrant abusive disregard of Christianity) is in total shambles . He has nothing else except the first half black to be president.
