Sure I agree, it probably does mean the investigation is reopened on Hillary. But that doesn’t make it so. It could be, just like I said, another player/patsy fall guy/girl or eventually politically manipulated that way.

There has been much ink spilled on the subject of the president’s power to pardon. (I used the lower case p as he is a lower case p president.) Apparently, no charges need to be brought. Ford pardoned Nixon and no charges had been brought. Also, a president Clinton could pardon herself.
It has been my observation, though, that criminals don’t feel they need absolution as they feel they have done nothing wrong. They were justified in their actions. She would not seek a pardon. Billy, on the other hand, is not delusional. But Obama hates the Clintons with a purple passion.
