The classification in the document illustrated says that it was classified Confidential on 10/30/2015, which would have been retroactively.
If what “Sid” originally sent wasn’t clearly marked with a classification, it might be hard to prosecute based on this. Some Confidential stuff doesn’t read much different from a news report unless you know what to look for.
Now, if they (Hillary and her minions) had arranged in advance that they were stripping off the classification markings and forwarding information without regard to security (which I think is the case), then you’ve got something. But you’d have to flip someone to get any traction.
we are perhaps missing the point of her “private” emails.....she is a crook and sold access to other countries and large companies and individuals for money and other advantages...she sold access on behave of herself, and harmed our country by doing so....
