I've been following the evil known as the Toons since the early 90's when they unfortunately came onto the national scene so all their crimes are becoming a jumble...
but yes, this current fund raising for the wife of the FBI lead investigator of the witch seems to be a big old smoking gun, especially since the person the wife defeated is now making a big stink....
