The standard is staying alive and keeping those under their command in the same condition.

Glad I’m not part of that experiment.

I liked Heinlein's "Amazon Warriors" in "Tunnel In The Sky." The principle was that you could train female warriors to their maximum combat potential but they didn't fight the same way as the men because they were physically and mentally different. That way women who wanted to be in combat could be. They fought in separate battalions from the men and were extremely effective in the book.

Logical but politically incorrect.

Oh, sure. No more need to send the soldiers on R&R, now that they'll have their "main squeeze" right there with them. And all those other jealous guys will have rifles. Can't envision any problems with that.
