You bet it was. Here is a quick run down from what I saw following this case.
Defendants not allow to talk about the FBIs killing of LaVoy.
Not allowed to read from the Constitution.
Not allowed to ask who owns the refuge.
Not allowed to know how many, if not all, of the guns paraded around the courtroom were actually guns the FBI plants brought in.
Juror actual told other jurors he was an ex BLM employee and was bias.
Judge actually kept juror on panel even after questioning him.
Judge only dismissed tainted juror when she found tha a mistrial was going to be asked for.
