Open Notepad, Wordpad or something that will make a .txt type file.
Start entering the screen name of people you've talked with/responded to and save the file. Announce you're creating a list and others may ask to be added to your ping list.
When you post something, open the file, copy and paste the names into the "To" box. You're done.
Be sure to add the ; - semicolon between names.
