You can’t polish fingernails without a license. You can’t sell hot dogs on a street corner without a license.You can’t even hock straw dogs on a street corner without a license.
And that kind of bureaucracy is destructive to businesses and free enterprise in general. And freedom of speech and of the press are even more fundamental. The Constitution IS the license for these.
