Yes, he will have a place in Trump’s cabinet. And, together with Trump, they can black list Fox.

and Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, ABC can ALL have their press certifications/passes REVOKED and be denied access to Presidential Press Conferences. They will be replace by REAL news networks like OAN, RSBN, and Trump TV.
