... experiencing racism in the form of dress code and ID policies, an air of "white privilege" and a bar owner who uses the n-word.

In my opinion, only the final item can be considered a straight-up "experience of racism," and even that has to be balanced against black people's use of "nigger" in popular conversation and media all the time.
