Rush addressed it again just now. Says he was taken aback at her claim that at the rallies there’s no effort to help get out the vote/register voters.

More tactically, GOTV has to be on election day to actually deliver the voter to the voting booth, not just register them. That's why I think she was asking for Trump to take a more active role in providing resources for people to self-organize.

I'm not sure what that might look like at this point, other than to ask people at rallies and TV commercials to knock on neighbors' doors and ask them if they need a ride to the polls.
