It took a couple of generations in Russia.

Today, in China, although they give lip service to the Party, they are mostly concerned with stability and standard of living. The Chinese I spoke to all agree that the Mao Cultural Revolution, where the Red Guards ran wild, was a big mistake.

We’re in the first generation of the full flowering of this idiocy.

Scholastic’s “poll” covered grades K through 12, and I’d bet that very few high school kids read the Weekly Reader, though I could be wrong.

Regardless, it would be interesting to see the grade by grade breakdown of results. Teachers in the lower grades would have an easy time convincing most of their little tykes to vote appropriately, i.e., for Hillary.
