Was the inefficiency letting folks in because of the SS security checks? Or just the management at the venue? I know my experience is that the SS really causes delays.

I would say mostly because of the SS security checks. There were 3 single-file lines for the checks and that just wasn’t enough for the amount of people on hand. They tried their best to get as many through though. Better to be safe than sorry.
