We have the electronic voting and fill out the form and mark the ballot with a black mark and then feed it into the machine.
It doesn't advertise what you voted, just that the ballot was successfully cast.
That video shows it changing on the interface, but the number that would change in the background could be any thing!

To channel Bill Clinton, that all depends on what the definition of “successfully” is. Successful for you or for the people who might’ve buggered up what goes on behind the scenes?
Ours is electronic in our county in TN. The last screen you see is a summary screen and if it looks good to you, you push the “cast ballot” button. That’s it. No printout of your selections. I have no confidence that what I “cast” will be what’s recorded.
