They did say what race they are. Not only did they use the word “teen” in the title, but the words “juvenile”, and “youth” were used extensively in just the first few sentences.
“Teen, juvenile, youth” are all MSM code words for feral black inner-city types.
Understand the code and you understand the story. Simple. But just don’t say the words “black or African-American” because that constitutes racism and makes you a racist. (Sad but true. Most the pity.)
