No matter how big this will be, how many it involves or how criminal it us, no Hillary supporter will change their vote. If they cared about truth, honestly, ethics, the country, the economy or the real world, they would not be voting democrat in the first place.
This kind of thing is not for the brain-washed, anti-Americans that would vote for Hillary if she sprouted horns, hooves and a tail on camera, it is for those who are already disgusted by her but who are concerned about Trump enough to not be able to pull the trigger for him. The hope is that this will give them permission - in their own minds - not to vote for her and, possibly, to vote for him.
You're right. No Hillary supporter will instead vote for Trump, because of this video. But that is not the objective.
The primary objective is to motivate some Trump-leaning people who otherwise would have stayed home, into showing up and voting for Trump. Its secondary objective is to maybe demoralize some Hillary-supporting people into staying home.
