Hillary cannot coordinate with PACs by law. She can’t tell them what to do. They cannot spend money on her behalf.
1) She wanted the duck.
2) She wants the duck? By GOD SHE GETS THE DUCK.
3) The duck is run by the DNC.
3) Later, the DNC quietly handled off to the PAC.
4) The PAC ran the op. They apparently spent quite bit of money on it.
A woman on the tape admits that everybody knows it’s wrong, so hush hush, we keep it on the down low. Mmmmkay?
What this represents is small, but telling, example that the Hillary Campaign is ignoring campaign laws with impunity. Since the FEC is currently 3D 2R (I think), absolutely nothing will happen and she knows it.
Basically it’s a colorful little tale of blasting through the campaign finance laws like they don’t exist.
Not sure if it is true.. but have heard that it is a felony..
