Disney is extremely protective of their brand and their characters. This looks like Donald Duck (or a slight facsimile thereof) to me and I’m surprised they haven’t sued, though NBC owns Disney (IIRC) and NBC is in the pocket of Hillary, the DNC and probably Soros and/or his orgs, so that’s probably why they haven’t sent a cease and desist letter or sued.
